Terms and Conditions for Motorsport Parts Sales

1. Acceptance of Terms  
   By purchasing parts from Gemini Motorsport Ltd ("the Seller"), you ("the Buyer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Purpose of Parts  
   The parts sold by the Seller are intended solely for motorsport use. The Buyer acknowledges that these parts are not designed for use in vehicles that are used on public roads or highways. The Buyer assumes all responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Disclaimer of Liability  
   The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the parts, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of the parts.

4. Installation and Use  
   The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all parts are installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines. The Seller recommends that all installations be performed by qualified professionals.

5. Returns and Refunds  
   All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless the parts are defective or were shipped incorrectly. Any claims for defective parts or incorrect shipments must be made within 7 days of receipt of the parts.

6. Governing Law  
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United Kingdom.

7. Modifications to Terms  
   The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Seller's website or providing notice to the Buyer. Continued use of the parts following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

8. Entire Agreement  
   These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Seller regarding the purchase of parts and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
